支气管哮喘吸人治疗的护理管理

Nursing Care of Inhalation Therapy in Asthmatic Patients

目的探讨支气管哮喘吸入治疗的护理方法。方法2005年1～12月在我科住院的哮喘患者97例，详细观察并记录患者使用吸入疗法的情况，指导正确的吸入方法。结果氧启动雾化吸入治疗方法哮喘患者大多能掌握，但压力定量雾化吸入和干粉吸入治疗方法存在多种错误操作，经指导后明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论吸入治疗护理管理是哮喘患者掌握吸入疗法的重要保证。

Objective To investigate nursing care of inhalation therapy in asthmatic patients, Methods 97 patients with asthma, who were admitted to Shidong Hospital of Shanghai from January 2005 to December 2005, were observed, recorded and well educated about inhalation therapy. Results Most of asthmatic patients grasped oxygen-drivedjet nebulization, and but hardly mastered the correct using of metered dose inhaler（MDl） and dry power inhaler（DPI） at the beginning, which were improved by nursing care （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing care of inhaled therapy is an important guarantee of correctly using inhalers or nebulizers in asthmatic patients.
