目的研究消化道病变在超声诊断图像中各种病变的表现。方法将不易做胃镜及食道钡餐的病人使用胃B超显影剂，利用不同体位进行检查分析。结果多种消化道慢性病变的声像图特点各异，但都能明确诊断。结论超声检查消化道病变，方法简单，病人易接受，为临床急、老、弱、儿童提供可靠的诊断依据，有一定的推广使用价值。

Conclusion It＇s casy to spot digcstivc tracts pathological changcs through ultrasonic wavc, which providcs a basc for doctors to makc accuratc diagnosis for thc old, thc wcak, childrcn and thc cmcngcncy paticnts.
