MOET核心群内个体遗传评定精确性的模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 在MOET核心群育种方案中,个体遗传评定的准确性主要取决于全同胞姐妹数和核心群大小。本文通过计算机模拟考察了不同的全同胞姐妹数和核心群规模对个体遗传评定的准确性的影响。结果表明,在核心群规模一定的情况下,个体遗传评定的准确性随着全同胞姐妹数的增加而上升,但上升的幅度逐渐减小,公牛遗传评定的准确性的上升幅度大于母牛。在全同胞姐妹数一定时,个体遗传评定的准确性也随着群体规模的扩大而上升,但上升幅度较小。研究还表明,欲使MOET核心群内公牛的遗传评定精确性达到0.6,全同胞姐妹数要在8个以上。 In a MOET nucleus breeding program the accuracy of genetic evaluation of individuals in the nucleus herd depends mainly on the number of full sisters and the size of the nucleus herd In this study their effects were evaluated using computer simulation The results show that,while holding the herd size constant,the accuracy rose along with the increase of the number of full sisters,but the amount of increase came down gradually and the amount of increase for bulls was larger than that for cows On the other hand,while holding the number of full sisters constant,the accuracy also increased along with the extended herd size,but the amount of increase was relative small It was also shown that in order to get an accuracy of 0 6 for bulls the number of full sisters should be larger than 8 and the herd size not smaller than 320
