摘要
本文借助于改良甲苯胺蓝染色法和荧光测定法,分别检测了巨型艾美耳球虫感染鸡空肠粘膜肥大细胞(MMC)数量和组织胺(HA)含量的变化。结果表明,初次感染巨型艾美耳球虫之后,空肠MMC呈减少趋势,至感染后第14天回复至不感染对照组水平。而初次感染组相应空肠HA水平呈现出不显著波动后,在感染后第4天达最大值。在再次攻毒试验中,免疫攻毒组MMC呈现水升趋势,尔后回复至不感染对照组水平;免疫攻毒组织相应肠道HA水平在攻毒后第1天上升,尔后降为不感染对照组水平。在再次攻毒试验中,不免疫攻毒组MMC及HA的变化同以前初次感染的一样。结果分析表明,空肠MMC数量可能与鸡抗巨型艾美尔球虫感染的免疫力有关。
The numbers of mucosal mast cells (MMC) and histamine contents in the jejunum of Eimeria maxima infected chickens were investigated by using modified toludine blue staining method and fluorimetry method,respectively.After primary infection with Eimeria maxima,the number of jejunal MMC in infected chickens initially declined,which was followed by an increase to the levels of uninfected control groups 14 days post primary infection (PPI).After insignificantly fluctuating,the histamine contents in the corresponding jejunum of primary infection group were maximal on 4 days PPI. In the challenge experiment,after an initial increase,the number of jejunal MMC in immunized / challenged group subsequently decreased to the levels of uninfected control group.The histamine levels of the corresponding jejunum of the immunized / challenged group increased 1 day post challenge inoculation,followed by an decrease to the levels of uninfected control group.The changes in the levels of jejunal MMC and histamine in unimmunized / challenged group in the challenge experiment were the same as those in the primary infection.It was demonstrated that number of jejunal MMC was probably correlated with the immunity of chickens to Eimeria maxima infection while the histamine level in the jejunum was probably related to the pathogenecity of the parasite.
