摘要
烧结矿的槽下过筛是高炉实现精料的重要技术措施。新型的风力过筛兼备筛分、除尘两种功能,高炉的各项经济技术指标和环境保护的效果明显优于机械筛,值得推广应用。本文还就老厂槽下建风筛提出改造的办法。
Sinter screening with compressed-air under bunkers is an important technical step of makingquality burden for blast furnace.This new installation has functions of both screening and dust-removing and is obviously superior to mechanical one in economic and technical results of blastfurnace operation and enviroment protection,therefore,it is worthwhile to spread.The ways and means have also been put forward for the adoption of this new system in oldplants.
