摘要
大型综合性医院建立肿瘤中心不仅十分必要,而且迫在眉睫。肿瘤中心的建设可从以下方面入手:①整合相关科室,成立肿瘤中心。②建立合理流程,实行会诊制度。③加强肿瘤住院医师培训,实行肿瘤医师准入制度。④加强科学普及,积极拓宽病源。
It is very necessary and imminent to establish a cancer center in the large general hospital. The construction strategy of the cancer center may be followed as： ①integrating the technical personnel of the departmentcs related to the anti-cancer to establish a cancer center; ②setting up reasonable procedure and performing consultation system; ③enhancing training of resident physicians of oncology and practicing admittance system④popularizing the medical knowledge related to cancer and attracting more patients with cancers.
