对糖尿病足患者实施疾病相关知识强化教育的效果评价

Evaluation of Effect of Intensive Education of Knowledge Related to the Disease on Diabetic Foot Patients

目的研究强化健康教育对糖尿病足(DF)患者的治疗效果。方法对34例住院DF患者随机分为两组,即强化组17例,由专业人员进行强化教育。对照组17例,只进行传统健康教育。两组患者在教育前后均进行DF知识测试,观察自我管理能力和部分代谢指标变化。结果教育后两组的DF知识测试,自我管理能力和部分代谢指标均有改善,但强化组优于对照组(P<0．01)。结论强化教育有助于DF患者学习疾病相关知识和改善生活方式。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive education of knowledge related to the disease on diabetic foot （DE） patients. Methods Thirty-four patients with DE were divided into two groups of 17 patients each, i. e. the intensive education group where the patients received intensive education related to DE knowledge and control group where the patients received routine health education. DF knowledge, self-control ability and metabolic characteristics were determined in both the groups. Results In both the groups,DE knowledge, self-control abilitv anti metabolism indexes improved,but the improvement in them was more significant in the intensive education group than that in the control group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Intensive education is helpful to understanding DE better and improving their self-control ability in the patients with DF.
