肺热证气阴两伤病机的探讨

Investigation on Pathogenesis of Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin in Syndrome of Lung Heat

温病肺热证属于肺经气分证,风温热邪是其主要病因,热邪易伤津耗气;肺为娇脏,温热邪气侵袭,也易伤其气阴,因此,气阴两伤是肺热证的基本病机之一,贯穿于肺热证发病全程。

Syndrome of lung heat belongs to syndrome of the qifen of Lung Meridian, pathogenic factor of wind warm is the key cause of disease, because heat pathogen can lead to qi consumption sand impairment of fluid; Moreover, the lung is a delicate organ, qi and yin of lung are impaired by heat pathogen. So, deficiency of both qi and yin is one of the basal pathogenesis and exists in the whole course of syndrome of lung heat.
