摘要 研究了上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)工艺处理染化废水和有机废水稀释混合样的运行性能,发现在进水COD浓度为3390.7~8984.8mg/L(其中染料COD浓度为831.3mg/L)、色度4000倍、HRT3.3~3.4d时,COD去除率和色度去除率分别达到85%~93%和86%~88%.运行期间,在UASB反应器内,污泥有颗粒化现象,COD负荷、COD染/COD总比及HRT等操作系数对反应器性能均有不同程度的影响.研究结果还表明。 The performance, treating diluted mixture of dye producing wastewater and organic wastewater with upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB), was studied. The results showed that influent COD concentration were 3 390.7~8 984.8 mg/L, in which dye COD concentration were 831.3 mg/L with colority 4 000 times and HRT 3.32 days, the percentage of COD and colority elimination reached 85%~93% and 86%~88%, respectively. Granular sludge was observed in UASB during the operation. The performances of UASB were affected by COD loading rates, COD dye /COD total ratio and HRT in varing degrees. It was also indicated that addition of easy degraded industrial organic wastewater as carbon source for treating dye producing wastewater with anaerobic biological process was practicable.
