摘要
用铬矿粉配加还原剂团块(粉)做合金剂用于炼钢,经实验室实验和工业性炼钢证明,冶炼和浇注均无困难,钢锭合格率为100%,铬的回收率达94%左右,与使用铬铁的效果一样,钢材的化学成分稳定,力学性能和金相组织优良。因此,用铬矿团块代替铬铁炼钢是可行的并具有明显的经济效益。
Laboratory and industrial test show that the chromite briquette mixed with reducing agent canbe directly used as alloying agent in steelmaking.There is no difficulty both in melting and te-eming processes.All ingots are of good quality.Recovery of chrome in the chromite briquitte isabout 94% same as that in ferrochrome.Finished steel produced by this alloying process showssteady chemical composition,good mechanical properties and microstructure.Therefore,the chro-mite briquette can be used as substitute for ferrochome in steelmaking with obvious economicbenifits.
