摘要
本文研究了来自香茹不同菌株的单核菌丝的交配型、生长及生化特性。结果表明,单核菌丝在菌落形态、交配型及酯酶同工酶谱上存在着多态性,发现了1种以前未见报道的单核菌丝形态类型。在L26菌株的单核菌丝交配试验中得到了白色子实体材料,对来自L26和241-4的单核菌丝进行杂交,获得了2菌株的杂交材料。
Cultural and biochemical characteristic and mating type of inonokaryontic mycelia of Lentinula edodes strains were studied. There were polymorphisms existed in mating type,colony morphology and esterase isozyme pattern of monokaryontic mycelia. One morphological type that was not reported before was found from the L26monokaryontic mycelia. White fruit was obtained from the mating test of L26monokaryontic mycelia. Monospore mating between L26 and 241 - 4 was developed and a series of hybrid strains were obtained.
