陕西渭河流域水资源与生态问题研究

Study on the Water Resources and Ecological Environment in Weihe River

水资源短缺与生态环境严重恶化已成为影响陕西关中地区社会经济可持续发展的瓶颈。通过对陕西关中地区渭河流域水资源开发利用现状、水沙变化特点及其生态环境现状进行分析,提出目前该区在水资源开发利用与生态环境建设中所面临的主要问题,并分析探讨了问题存在的根源,提出了相应的对策与建议。

Water resources shortage and ecological environment deterioration are major restricted factors for social and economic development of the Shaanxi Guanzhong plain. By analyzing the status of water resources utilization, water and sediment characteristics and ecological environment, the main problems of water resources and ecological environment in the Yellow River basin are pointed out, the roots of which are analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward.
