摘要 以宜万铁路线上马水河桥为例,研究100 m以上混凝土空心高墩桥的温度场,采用全桥整体有限元分析和墩身局部子模型分析相结合的方法,以及日照、寒潮等多种温度工况下墩身中竖向应力、环向应力的分布情况。结果表明,梁体、墩身在日照温差或寒潮陡然降温的情况下,墩壁沿厚度方向竖向应力、环向应力及应力梯度都较大,最大压应力可达13 MPa左右,最大拉应力可达4 MPa左右,对混凝土空心高墩的温度效应应引起足够的重视。 Based on the Mashui River bridge on the Yichang- Wanzhou Railway, temperature fields of bridges with hollow concrete high piers over 100 m were studied. The distributions of vertical and circumferential stress of piers under the temperature status of sunshine and cold wave were researched by applying a method that was combined with the general FEM on whole bridge and the local submodeling techniques on piers. The results show that under beth the temperature difference of sunshine and cold wave, the vertical and circumferential stresses and their gradients on the depth of pier wall are both relative large. The maximum compressive and tensile stress reach about 13 MPa and 4 MPa, respectively. Temperature effects of hollow concrete high piers should be paid sufficient attention.
