羊侧脑室注射方法研究

Research and Selection of Ventriculus Lateralis Injection Point on Sheep

本研究优选出羊侧脑室注射进针点。用１２号针头分别由侧脑室注射进针点６ｍｍ半径范围内的不同部位进针。结果表明，在侧脑室进针点６ｍｍ半径范围内刺入不易伤及血管脑组织，注射羊不出现临床反应。

Ventriculus lateralis injection point on sheep skull was selected in this study. 0.87% sodium chloride solution was injected into ventriculus lateralis within or out of 6 mm radius of the injection point. The results showed that pricking of ventriculus lateralis with syringe needle No.12 did not harm the cerebrium blood vessel within 6 mm radius of injection point and the injected sheep did not reveal harmful affection, but did when pricked out of the radius.
