网箱鲤鱼嗜水气单胞菌病研究

Study on the Aeromonas hydrophila Infection in the Carp

从四川省三岔湖网箱养殖的自然发病鲤鱼中分离出３株致病菌，用分离菌感染健康小鼠和健康鲤鱼获阳性结果。经培养特性、菌体形态和生理生化特性鉴定，病原菌为嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ）。

Three strain germs were isolated from naturally infected carp raised in the net of fishfarming (Sancha lake, Sichuan province). A positive result was gained by artificially infecting healthy mice and carp with the germs. Identifications of cultural, morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics showed that the germs belong to Aeromonas hydrophila.  In addition, the tests of medicamentous sensitivity and treatment have been made.
