三峡库区这些年来经济社会各方面都取得了长足发展,但在劳动力转移和移民就业方面还面临不少问题。库区劳动力转移和移民就业问题是重庆市委二届九次全会确定的重大课题,对该课题展开实证调研,是为库区发展提供决策咨询的需要。

It has been made considerable progress in every respect such as the economy and society these several years in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Therefore, there are some problems with the manpower transference and migrants＇ employment. The manpower transference and the problem of migrants＇ employment in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is a great task that adopted at the 9^th meeting of the Second Chongqing Committee of CCP. It is requirement that providing policy decision and consulting for carrying out inquiring into the substantial evidence.
