摘要
采用蚀坑法、EBSD微取向分析和X射线法等手段,对稀土电解电容器用铝箔制备过程中的织构演变规律进行了研究.结果表明,冷轧态织构主要要类型是立方织构({001}〈100〉)、黄铜织构({011}〈211〉)、高斯织构({011}〈100〉)、S织构({123}〈634〉)和铜型织构({112}〈111〉).铝箔的再结晶织构主要类型是立方织构({001}〈100〉)、高斯织构({011}〈100〉)、R织构({124}〈211〉).随着Ce含量的增加,稀土铝箔的再结晶织构中立方织构增加,但并不是越多越好.在稀土的质量分数为0.007 4%时立方织构含量最多.同时R织构随Ce含量的增加先减少,后略有增加.随着再结晶退火温度的增加立方织构的含量增加,R织构含量减少,在530℃退火时立方织构含量最多.
The evolution rule of the rare earth aluminum capacitor foil preparation process was investigated by means of bit etching, EBSD micro orientation analysis and X-ray method. The result indicated that the predominant types of the cold wiling condition texture are cube texture ( {001 } 〈100〉 ), brass texture ( { 011 } 〈211 〉 ), Gauss texture ( { 011 } 〈100〉 ), S texture ( { 123 } 〈634〉) and copper texture ( { 112} 〈 111 〉 ). The predominant types of the aluminum foil recrystallization texture are cube texture ({001}〈100〉 ), Gauss texture ({011}〈100〉 ) and R texture ( { 124} 〈211〉). The content of cube texture increases with increasing the Ce content, but not the more the better. The cube texture content reaches the most when the rare earth content is 0.00 74 %. Simultaneously, the R texture decreases fast with the increase of Ce content and decreases slightly later. The cube texture content also increases with the rise in annealing temperature while the content of R texture decreases. The cubic texture content is the most when annealing at 530℃.
