摘要
本文中建立的环形加热炉炉膛传热数学模型为一维模型,它既简单又实用。在此基础上,研究了加热炉最低能耗模型,得到加热炉不同区段燃料量的分配与炉温和钢坯出炉温度间的相互关系,并利用启发式寻优法对炉f的最佳燃料分配进行了分析,从而得到与炉子最低能耗桐对应的炉温。
Mathematical model of heat transfer in the hearth of rotary furnace established in this pa-per is one-dimensional with the advantages of simplicity and suitability for practical application.On this basis the minimum energy consumption model of furnace has been investigated.Thecorrelation between fuel apportion for different zones of furnace and temperatures of heated se-mis is obtained.By use of the elicited optimization method,the optimized fuel apportion is ana-lyzed and the desired furnace temperature with minimum energy consumption is obtained.
