摘要
在超低碳钢中加入适量的钛和铌,使钢中的碳、氮原子完全被固定成碳氮化合物,而钢中没有间隙固溶的碳、氮原子存在,该钢被称为“无间隙原子钢”,即 interstitial-free steel,简称“IF 钢”。“IF 钢”具有优异的深冲性能,用于汽车上的一些难冲件的成型。近年来国际上有关“IF 钢”的研究一直很活跃,并已成批工业生产。本文系统地介绍了有关“IF 钢”研究的进展。
When sufficient strong carbide forming elements,such as Ti and Nb,are added together orseparately to extra-low carbon steel,the carbon and nitrogen atoms are all stabilized as the for-mation of TiC,TiN or NbCN precipitates and no free carbon nitrogen in solid-solution in ferr-ite.This steel is called Interstitial-free steel,i.e.IF steel.IF steel possesses non-aging propertyand extra-deep drawing quality.It is used to form some automobile parts difficult to be shaped.The R.D.of IF steel is very hot in recent years and commercial production has already begun.This paper reviews the development of IF steel studies overseas.
