摘要
在弱酸性溶液中,基于铝、铁与铬天青S、溴化十六烷基吡啶形成蓝色三元络合物,采用两次标准加入法,建立了流动注射停流技术同时测定铝、铁的新方法。测定频率90次/h。铝、铁的线性范围分别为 0~0.4 mg/L和 0~0.8 mg/L。应用于水及食品中痕量铝、铁的测定,结果满意。
A flow injection analysis with stopped flow technique for the simultaneous deter- mination of aluminum and iron is developed based on the formation of Al (Ⅲ), Fe (Ⅲ)- chrome azurol S-cetylpyridinium bromide blue ternary complex in weak acidic solution and double standard addition. The sampling rate is 90 samples/h. The linear range for Al(Ⅲ) is 0-0. 4 mg/L and for Fe(Ⅲ) is 0-0. 8 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determi- nation of Al (Ⅲ) and Fe (Ⅲ) in water and food with satisfactory results.
