This paper first Introduces the technology of Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode （DTM）and Network Management System（NMS）base on Simple Newwork Management Protocol （SNMP）,secondly, show the framework and mainly modules of NMS,concentrate on the process of realization of communication.Finally give a succinct account of benefit of application.
