静脉双通道手推法注射造影剂在螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用

Application of Manual Dual Path Vein Injection of Contrast Enhancing Material in Spiral CT Enhanced Scanning

目的:探讨静脉双通道手推法注射造影剂在上腹部螺旋CT增强扫描中的应用。方法:36例患者随机分为静脉双通道手推法组和高压注射器推药法组,比较两组推药时间、造影剂用量、推药成本及各扫描部位图像CT值。结果:两组比较造影剂用量、推药时间和各部位CT值均无显著性差异,静脉双通道手推法推药成本明显降低。结论:静脉双通道手推法可达到与高压注射器推药法相同的CT增强扫描效果。

Purpose：To investigate the usage of dual pathways vein injection by hand in spiral CT epigastric enhancement scanning. Methods： Totally 36 patients were randomized to either dual pathways vein injection by hand group or high pressure syringe group. Compare the dose of contrast material, time of injection, cost, and CT value of scanning sites. Results： There were no significant difference in contrast material dosage , injection time and CT values between these two groups. The cost of dual pathways vein injection by hand was much lower. Conclusion： The same effect of CT enhancement scanning can be obtained using dual pathways vein injection by hand or high pressure syringe.
