膀胱癌新型标志物BLCA-4蛋白的研究进展
摘要
膀胱癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,复发率高。传统的诊断方法多有创伤性,检删方法敏感性和特异性不高。随着分子生物学发展,近年来发现了6种新的膀胱癌特异性核基质蛋白,其中尿液BLCA-4蛋白对膀胱癌早期诊断具有较好的临床应用前景,现就BLCA-4蛋白研究现状进行综述。
