摘要
本文研究了 Si-Mn-Mo 系低碳贝氏体钢静态和动态的缺口敏感性,结果表明,’该钢空冷后的组织为粒状贝氏体,其缺口敏感性无论在静载或动载下均较高,但经300℃回火,缺口敏感性有明显的降低。文中还讨论了静态缺口敏感性与强度、塑性及韧性之间的关系,提出了适合于该钢的最佳回火工艺。
Notch sensitivity of a low-carbon bainitic steel of Si-Mn-Mo system has been studied in thispaper.The results show that notch sensitivity of the steel after air cooling is highcr under ei-ther dynamic or static load,but notch sensitivity of the steel evidently decreases as tempered at300℃.According to the changes of mechanical properties during systematic tempering,the relationship of notch sensitivity with strength and toughness under static load is discussed.The op-timum tempering temperature is proposed for the steel.
