摘要
当前我军火力计划主要依赖于指挥员的作战经验,决策判断定性依据多,定量依据少,缺乏对火力计划较全面、系统的定量验证。基于作战动态评估的仿真系统,充分利用模拟仿真技术,采用多手段观测、按层次评估的评估方法,实现对火力打击的建模。通过仿真,实现了对火力计划的科学性、可行性的定量评估。该系统的研制,对实现战役战术火力筹划由定性向定量、由经验决策向科学决策、由人工决策向计算机辅助决策的转变有一定促进作用,有助于推动我军炮兵指挥作业向数字化方向发展。介绍了基于HLA技术标准,用于作战计划动态评估的仿真系统中红方子系统的设计思路,并以集团炮兵群为例,简要说明了建模的方法,分析改进了合力优化分配模型,实现了仿真运行。文中给出的设计思路和方法,对类似系统的设计与实现具有一定的借鉴意义。
Today, in our army, fire plan scheduling chiefly depends on commander's experience obtained from the campaign. Decision making chiefly depends on the qualitative basis instead of the quantitative basis. The simulation system based on dynamic evaluation of war adopts the multi - target decision making method to evaluate the whole fire plan scheme and build fire attacking models. This paper introduces the design consideration of a red team sub - system of simulation system for dynamic evaluation of war. This system is based on HLA technical standard. With the case of artillery group, the paper subscribes the method of modeling. These works make the system run well and are helpful for designing and implementing similar systems.
