摘要
针对专业仿真软件模拟机械传动机构难以脱离软件平台,或脱离软件平台与用户没有交互性的缺点,提出用VRML和VRMLScript模拟机构传动的一种方法。以牛头刨床的曲柄滑块机构为例,用AutoCAD和3dsMAX软件构造传动机构构件模型;将机构构件分组,在每一组建立构件之间的父子关系;以构件连接点的轴为研究对象,将复杂的机构运动变为单纯的一系列构件的轴的旋转运动,只需知道构件运动过程中绕轴旋转的角度参数,可用VRML和VRMLScript语言编程控制构件运动从而模拟传动机构的运动。此方法对大多数传动机构的模拟具有很大的借鉴意义。
