摘要
由于外形的差异,皮卡车外流场势必区别于普通轿车外流场,有必要加以研究。为了揭示皮卡车外流场的特点,基于流体力学软件-Fluent,同时采用两种湍流模型(RSM和标准K-e),在25m/s风速下,对全尺寸皮卡车模型进行了三维稳态数值模拟。通过比较两种模型的计算结果,得出了皮卡车外流场的特点:在车体后厢内存在一个大涡,宏观表现为皮卡车的Cd值高于普通轿车;同时也表明,在描述流场的分离特性时,RSM模型优于标准K-e模型。并通过与已发表的实验类文献流场结构及数据的比较,验证了该数值计算的有效性和可靠性。
It is necessary to research the flow field around pickup because the flow field is different from around sedan due to different shape. For the sake of illuminating the characteristics of flow field, based on CFD software - Fluent, 3 - dimensional and time - independent simulation using RSM and Standard K - e model is carried out for 1:1 pickup model in 25m/s velocity value. By comparison with the results of two turbulence models, the conclusion is that there is a big eddy in the pickup's box,which is the reason that pickup's Cd is higher than sedan' s. Simultaneously, it is showed that RSM model is better than standard K - e model when they are adopted to simulate the separated - flow. The computed results are verified by comparison with experiment in the aspects of flow structure and data, which shows the computation is effective and reliable.
