摘要
本文对球团矿升温还原过程中内部结构变化规律作了探索性研究。结果表明,铁精矿球团的高温性能与其内部结构密切相关。球团矿开始软化时,中心形成裂纹,还原出现滞后现象;随着升温还原过程的进行,球团中心逐渐形成孔洞。
The inner structure change of iron oxide pellets during heating-up reduction has been inver-stigated in this paper.Results show that prop(?)rties of iron oxide pellets at high temperatureclosely associate with the inner structure.When pellet softening,cracks emerge in centre ofthe pellet and reduction retardation occurs.With the heating-up reduction going on holes formstep by step in the centre.
