摘要
针对高倾点石蜡基油品在低温环境下的储存、运输、装卸中存在的难题,合成了由丙烯腈和丙烯酸高级醇酯二元自由基共聚的倾点抑制剂PAAN,并对PAAN的聚合反应条件和过程进行了考察。n(丙烯酸)/n(丙烯腈)-3:1,-Mr=4.75×10^4,收率88N,产物降倾点效果较好,对其结构进行了表征,并初步探讨了其共晶-吸附作用机理。
Considering the difficulty of storage, transportation, loading and unloading for the distilled fuels with higher pour points, a pour point depressant, PAAN, was synthesized through radical polymerization of higher alkyl acrylate and acylonitrile. The reaction conditions were optimized and the functional mechanism of PAAN as a pour point depressant was discussed.
