摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,对柴油试样进行色谱分离和质谱分析。在此基础上,对所获的总离子流图上的每一个色谱峰采用HP化学工作站进行数据处理,提取其质谱图,并与NIST谱库中的质谱图进行相似检索。结果发现芳环、稠环和小分子烃类组分的NIST检索结果正确率较高;但相对分子质量较大的组分检索结果不可靠,存在着一定的局限性,需要采用标样确证才能得出正确结果。
A diesel oil was analyzed by GC-MS.Each peak in the total ion current of the sample was dealt with HP Chemical Station to acquire its mass spectrum.NIST 05 MS Library was searched for the spectra to obtain valuable information on molecular structures.It was found that the Library is rich in the spectra of aryl, fused benzene compounds and small hydrocarbon molecules, but not large hydrocarbon molecules. So, it is necessary to use standard samples to con[irm the structure o[ largehydrocarbon molecules.
