摘要
为比较在相同条件下焦炭的反应性及反应后强度,本文作者提出了测定焦炭气化反应温度的必要性和一种测定方法,并对14个钢铁厂焦炭气化反应温度进行了初步研究,分析了气化反应温度对高炉冶炼的影响,同时还研究了增碱1%左右时对焦炭性能的影响。
In order to compare reactivity and strength after reaction coke,the necessity of measuringcoke gasification temperature is emphasized and a testing method is recommended by the author.A preliminary investigation on gasification temperatures of coke produced in 14 steel plants iscarried out,and the influence of the temperature on blast furnace operation is analyzed.The eff-ects of adding 1% of alkali(K_2CO_3)on the coke are studied as well.
