中心体相关调节蛋白及其异常与肿瘤发生的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 中心体是动物细胞的重要细胞器,作为动物细胞中首要的微管组织中心(microtu-bule-organizing center,MTOC),在细胞的生命活动中起着重要的作用。各种不同形式的中心体异常会造成细胞中微管分布的紊乱,进而引起细胞骨架的异常和染色体分离障碍。许多位于中心体处的蛋白对于中心体微管组织中心功能实现发挥着重要的作用,它们的异常同很多疾病的发生息息相关。更为重要的是越来越多的证据表明,不同来源肿瘤细胞中存在有各种中心体的异常,并且这些异常对于肿瘤的发生、发展和预后都有着紧密的联系。因而研究中心体微管组织中心功能和研究实现这些功能的相关调节蛋白,对于肿瘤的早期诊断和抗肿瘤药物的开发提供了重要的依据。 Centrosome is a crucial organelle in vertebrate cells and plays key roles in cell cycle as the primary microtubuleorganizing centre (MTOC). All types of centrosome abnormalities can directly lead to chaotic microtubule distributions. As a result,it can further cause cytoskeleton abnormalities and chromosome missegregations. Many kinds of proteins located on centrosome act an important role in the function of MTOC and the abnormal level of these proteins correlates with many kinds of diseases. Now accumulating evidences that prove centrosome abnormalities can be observed in various types of cancer, and these abnormalities relate much with the cancer's occurance, development and poor prognosis. In a word, the researches on MTOC functions and its associated regular proteins provide an important theory base for tumor's early diagnosis and the exploitations of new antineoplastic agents.
