摘要
目的:探讨不同人群对优质护理的观点。方法:研究者自行设计问卷,对2所市级“二甲”医院的医生、护士、住院病人及社区健康人群各200名进行优质护理观点调查,将调查项目进行编码,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的计算。结果:不同人群对优质护理的观点可归纳为:丰富的专业知识和娴熟的技能、良好的服务态度及行为、对病人的关爱与沟通、重视病人的良好感觉、提供健康教育。结论:不同人群对优质护理有其共同的观点,但各有侧重。本研究结果可为护理管理者制定护理质量标准和病人满意度调查问卷提供参考依据。
Objective: To explore the perceptions of quality nursing care among different populations. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used. Two hundred doctors, nurses, and inpatients coming from two Class-Ⅱ A hospitals were investigated as well as 200 health people from community. SPSS was used to analyze the data. Results: The perceptions of quality nursing care were concluded by different populations as: abundant professional knowledge and skills, refined service attitude and behaviors, sufficient concer and good communication skills,paying attention to patients'feelings,providing health education.Conclusion:A common idea about quality nursing service is held by different populations,and there are subtle differences between the details.Theresults of this research will provide reference basis for nursing managers to build up quality standards of nursing service as well as patient satisfactory questionnaire.
