摘要
对几种不同的粒子——刚玉砂、石英砂、镁砂和碳化硅砂粒子在煤气流动粒子炉内的传热特性进行了实验研究,得到各粒子流化床层与银球间的换热系数并分析了一些影响因素,而后比较了它们的传热特性及其他性能,认为碳化硅砂粒子性能良好,可以广泛使用。这为煤气流动粒子炉的设计和粒子的选用提供了必要的参考依据。
The heat transfer characteristics of several kinds of particles(i.e.corundum,magnesia,qu-artz and carborundum particles)in a gas-fired fluidized bed furnace have bee experimentallystudied.The heat transfer coefficients between these beds and a silver ball sensor have been ob-tained,and some factors affecting them are analyzed.Finally their heat transfer characteristicsand other properties are compared.It shows that carborundum particle has better characteristicsand can be widely used.Therefore it is useful for the design of gas-fired fluidized bed furnaceand the selection of particles.
