摘要
本文根据氧气顶吹转炉冶炼的65钢制绳用的坯、材试样的各项理化检验结果,分析了内在质量和金属学问题。本文确定了65钢力学性能与碳及锰含量的定量关系,得出了各项力学性能回归方程。
According to results of physical test and chemical analysis of the samples taken from billetsand wire-rods of 65 steel produced by LD converter for manufacturing wireropes,the quality andmetallography analyses have been made.The quantitative relationship between mechanical properties and contents of carbon and man-ganese have been determined,the regression equations of mechanical properties have been obtained.
