摘要
近15年来,控制轧制已成为普通采用的工艺,尤其应用于管线钢板的生产更佳(宽度大约为5300mm、厚度达35mm 的厚板),并设计用于在高压(10~14MPa)和低温(-120℃以下)下远距离输送油和天然气的钢管。但是,控制轧制对厚板轧机的工艺、生产和设计均有较大的影响。本文着重讨论控制轧制对厚板轧机设计的影响。
For 15 years,the controlled rolling has become a widespread process and shown even betterresults for producing line pipe plates(i.e.approx.5300mm wide and up to 35 mm thick).Thesepipes are designed to transport oil and natural gas over long distance at high pressures(up to10-14 MPa)and low temperatures(down to-120℃).However,the controlled rolling has a con-siderable influence on the technology,production and design of heavy plate mills.This paperemphasizes on influnce of controlled rolling on the mill design.
