摘要
由于各种历史、社会以及水利行业自身原因,目前水利后勤人力资源管理仍存在很多问题,甚至已成为水利后勤社会化进程中的瓶颈。水利后勤企业应高度重视人力资源管理的重要性,积极创建适合本单位的具有现代企业特点的人力资源管理体系,调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,最大限度地发掘员工的潜能,这有利于水利后勤正确处理和解决好后勤社会化进程中的各种矛盾和问题,促进水利后勤企业的持续发展。
Due to historical and social reasons and problems with water sector itself, many issues are existed in human resources management in the water sector, which even becomes a bottleneck in the socialized process of logistics in the water sector. Great importance should be attached to create a human resources management system that is suitable for modern enterprises management, beneficial of searching for potential talents and raising people's enthusiasm, initiative and creativeness.
