摘要
按正交表 L_(18)(6~1×3~6)进行的氧压、枪位、压枪时间、底气曲线、炉渣碱度、萤石和白云石等7个工艺因素合理配合的正交试验,及实验室的脱磷平衡和渣中 MgO 饱和浓度的实验研究,对上钢五厂15 t 顶底复吹转炉的合理造渣工艺进行初步探讨。
According to the orthogonal table L_(18)(6~1×3~6),an experiment consisting of seven operationparameters.oxygen pressure,lance height,lowering lance time,bottom blowing gas curve,slagbasicity,fluorspar and dolomite has been conducted.The experimental study of dephosphorizationequilibrium and the saturated solubility of magnesias in FeO-SiO_2 CaO-MgO slags has been carriedout.A rational slag formation process for 15t combined blown converter at Shanghai №5 SteelWorks is discussed on the basis of this experiment.
