本文简介了柳钢中板分厂近年来对2300mm三辊劳特式轧机挖潜改造,强化企业管理,依靠技术进步、推行技术操作标准化,扩大品种、提高质最、降低消耗、增加产量,以提高成材率为中心,不断提高工序质量和产品质量等的明显效果。

This article breifly introduces the experiences of 2300 mm three-high Lauth plate mill atLiuzhou lron & Steel Works(LISW)in technical improvement,managment,operation standari-zation,increases of variety and productivity of product,improvement of product quality and de-crease of material comsumption.Good results have been obtained by continuous improvements ofoperation and product quality aiming at higher yield of finished product as the main goal.
