钟嵘的诗学思想突破了儒家的诗学传统,提出了一系列新的诗歌理论主张,从而扭转了先秦两汉以来的诗学思潮,使古代诗学发生了转折性变化。钟嵘对儒家诗学传统的突破主要体现在三方面:一是对儒家诗学原则的突破;二是对儒家诗学方法的突破;三是对儒家诗体观的突破。

Zhong Rong＇ s thought of poetics broke through the tradition of Confucian poetics.
