Exchange of poems was very popular in the Southern Tang Dynasty. It took on distinct group and regional characteristics. It was not only the relic of the poetry in the Tang Dynasty hut also the early form of poetry in the Song Dynasty. In its process of continuing to the literary circles of the early Song Dynasty,the exchange of poems in the Southern Tang Dynasty had great influence on the probe into the writing skills of poetry and the advocation of educational function.
