在人类各种知识谱系中,惟人文学知识深厚、入心、永恒。大学的发展应秉承“人文优先”的基本教育理念。大学的管理者尤其既要熟悉大学的基本理念,又要了解诸多学科发展之间的差异,根据具体情况采取差别对待的方式来推进不同学科的建设。中国大学必须积极应对全球化的挑战,要有自己的文化立场、自己的知识判断。教育的不公平不仅影响人的一生,而且影响世代人的平等发展。一个健全合理的社会应该采取积极措施,保障贫困大学生公平接受教育的机会,过一种有尊严的大学生活。

Among all series of human knowledge genealogies,the humanistic study is especially profound,impressive and timeless.The “humanity priority” idea must be genetically contained in the development of universities and colleges.Administrators of universities and colleges must acquire not only the basic idea of university,but also the diversity of sciences to run schools in all ways.Universities and colleges of China must meet the challenges of globalization with their own culture position and knowledge judgment.Educational injustice may damage the life and prospect of more than one generation.Good measures must be taken to ensure that poor college students have a chance of equal education and a creditable college life.
