摘要
通过分析试验台承受外载荷和温差的各种情况,从中得到对结构强度最危险的两种情况,并利用ANSYS软件对其进行具体分析,找到受力最大部位和变形最大部位,为试验台的可靠设计提供了保障依据。同时为尽量减少温差影响给出辅助处理方法。
In order to meet the needs of application under special environment, improve the reliability of the experimental platform, every condition subjected to outside loads and temperature difference are analyzed. The two most dangerous conditions for structural intensity are Obtained which are also analysed specifically with the software of ANSYS. The largest part of stress and the deformation are gained,which supply the foundation for the reliable design of the experimental flatform. At the same time, an aided method is introduced to reduce the influence of temperature difference at large extent.
