提出了一种基于知识库和问题求解单元的智能决策支持系统（IDSS）的设计方法，阐述了这种IDSS在智能化干扰系统（IIs）中的知识推理过程，并给出了IDSS中问题求解方法和整个系统的最终评估方式。

A method of IDSS which based on repository and question solution unit was put forward . Describes problem-resolving process of IIS in this IDSS . Also the paper gives problem resolving in IDSS and evaluation mode of whole system.
