摘要
本文以轧制过程相似理论为基础,在实验室轧机上模拟研究了最少蝶式孔型轧制角钢的变形规律和轧制工艺要点。研制出的数学模型经过 No.2.5和 No.7角钢孔型设计实践检验证实,有较高的精确度。生产实际表明,采用有2~3个蝶式孔型的孔型系统能够实现稳定轧制并获得优质角钢。
On the basis of principle of similitude,the plastic flow pattern in anagle rolling with leastnumber of butterfly passe has been investigated on an experimental mill.The mathematical model has been verified in pass designs of anglo No2.5 and angle No.7.Itwas proved that the tolerances of the angles produced by the mathematical model are much closer.The rolling practice also proved that quality angles №2.5 to No.7 can be maintained steady byuse of this kind of pass system containing two or three butterfly passes.
