浅谈高职实训“五步”教学法

实训教学是培养高职学生技能的起点,是学生由书本走向实习和就业的接口。根据高职教育人才培养目标,针对高职理工类专业特点,探索出高职实训的“五步”教学法,即导学、预习、讲解、操作、点评。经过实际操作运行发现,“五步”教学法使学生在掌握有关知识和技能的同时,培养了创新思维和创新能力。
