摘要
实训教学是培养高职学生技能的起点,是学生由书本走向实习和就业的接口。根据高职教育人才培养目标,针对高职理工类专业特点,探索出高职实训的“五步”教学法,即导学、预习、讲解、操作、点评。经过实际操作运行发现,“五步”教学法使学生在掌握有关知识和技能的同时,培养了创新思维和创新能力。
The training teaching is the start of training students' skill in higher vocational colleges, and is also the joint from students' theory study to experience and employment. According to the talents training goal of higher vocational education and the character of science and engineering majors, it explores "five-step" teaching method of higher vocational training, which is guide, preview, explanation, operation and comment. Through its practice, "five-step" teaching method helps students master not only knowledge and skill, but also innovative thinking and innovative ability.
