According to the employment feature of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzed the present situation of employment thoroughly, and elaborated the cause of psychological barriers. Through analyzing the cause of employment psychological problems, it proposes the concrete solution, which helps students set up healthy employment psychology.
