摘要
作者研制了专门用作自行车链条的C-Mn系铁素体一珠光体高强度18MnZL带钢。本文分析了热轧工艺参数对其组织结构及力学性能的影响规律,并确定了合理的工艺规程。实验和应用情况表明,该种带钢具有优于代用钢的高强度、良好韧性和冷加工性能。
18MnZL,a ferrite-pearlite high strength steel of C-Mn system specially for making bicyclechains,was developed.Based on analysis of the effects of technological parametrs on microstruc-ture and properties,a rational schedule was worked out.Experiments and practical use showthat the steel possesses high strength and good ductility and cold workability superior to someother substitute steel grades.
