半导体量子环的基态和激发态的能量的计算 被引量:4

The Calculation of Ground State and Excited State Energies of Semiconductor Quantum Ring

摘要 利用B样条技术计算强磁场下二维量子环在不同角动量下的能谱及其量子尺寸效应.计算发现:量子环的能量在环半径r0=r00时出现一个极小值,当r0<r00时,量子环的尺寸越小能量越高,当r0≥r00时,量子环的尺寸越大能量越高,激发态能量的极小值的位置r00向量子环增大的方向移动. The B-spline technique is used in the calculation of two-dimension quantum ring energies which correspond to different angular momentum. The size-dependent effects of the energies are studied in this paper. Calculated results show that every energy has a minimum at quantum ring radius r0 = r00, and that the energy decreases with the ro at ro〈roo region, and increases with ro at r0≥r00 region. The position too of minimum of excited state energies displaces toward large quantum ring radius.
