建设“双师型”教师队伍,是提高高职教育教学水平,实现高职培养目标的前提和保证。通过分析高职院校教师队伍现状,结合辽宁信息职业技术学院的实际情况,阐述了“双师型”教师的认定与“双师型”教师队伍建设的必要性,并提出了建设“双师型”教师队伍的途径。

To train more double-quality teachers is a warrant to improve educational level and realize the training goal in higher vocational colleges. Based on the present situation of higher vocational teaching staff and the practical condition of Liaoning Vocational Technology College of Information, this paper explores the necessity to train this type of teachers and proposes methods and ways to realize the goal.
